No. We help anyone growing anything—tomatoes, peppers, microgreens, herbs, cannabis, or greenhouse setups. We can support indoor and outdoor growing, with synthetic and organic methods.
What’s the difference between synthetic and soil growing?
Synthetic hydroponics (like Athena nutrients) offers faster growth and precise control but requires more monitoring. BuildASoil is living soil and aims for a just add water approach. That being said, soil growing often involves amendments or top feeding. We support both methods and can recommend what fits your goals.

Superior Hydroponics in West Chester is the only local BuildASoil dealer in the Cincinnati area. We stock BuildASoil 3.0 living soil, amendments, worm castings, and related products. Our soil prices are often lower than online because BuildASoil factors shipping into their direct pricing—we pick up locally and pass those savings to you.

How much does it cost to start growing indoors?

What if you don’t have a product in stock?
We can custom order almost anything from our authorized vendor network and have it here (sometimes sent right to you) in 2-3 days, often at better prices than you’d find online. Just ask.
Can you help me fix problems with my grow?
