This policy outlines the procedures for payments, returns, and refunds for purchases made through Superior Hydroponics.


1. Payments Policy

A. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept a wide range of secure payment options for your convenience:


  • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), Discover, and JCB.
  • Digital Wallets: Google Pay.
  • In-Store: Cash and credit cards are accepted for in-store pickups.


B. Charging Policy and Security

  • When You Are Charged: The customer is charged at the time of ordering (upon placing the order online).
  • Payment Security: We are committed to protecting your financial information. Your credit card details are processed securely by our payment gateway, LightSpeed Finance, and are not stored on Superior Hydroponics servers.


C. Pricing Errors
In the event that an item is ordered at an incorrect price due to an error or inaccuracy on the Site:


Resolution: The customer must contact Superior Hydroponics immediately. We reserve the right to correct the error and will fix it, cancel the order, or adjust the price on a case-by-case basis.

2. Returns and Refunds Policy

A. Return Window
You may return eligible products within 30 days of the original purchase date.


B. Eligibility for Return
All returned products must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Non-Returnable/Final Sale Items:
    • Opened Packages: Any item that has been opened, used, or removed from its original sealed packaging cannot be returned.
    • Clearance Items: All items purchased from a sale or clearance section are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


C. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the return item back to Superior Hydroponics. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.


D. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected for eligibility, we will process the refund.


  • Method: Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment (processed by LightSpeed Finance).
  • Timing: Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.


E. Product Issues and Manufacturer Contact
Superior Hydroponics is a third-party reseller for most products. For issues related to defects, performance, or support for a specific product brand:


  • Action: The customer must contact the manufacturer or brand directly for technical support, warranty claims, or replacements.
  • Exception: For issues concerning Superior Hydroponics’ own branded seeds (provided they are unopened), please contact us for resolution.
