- You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection at our Ohio location.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take responsibility for ensuring your order arrives safely.
- Insurance: All packages are shipped with $100 of included insurance through the carrier (USPS or UPS).
- Action: If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. Superior Hydroponics will reship the order to you at no extra cost and handle the claim process with the carrier.
